CHANGES / CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to make your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours advance notice so that the time reserved for you may be offered to another client. Monday appointments need to be canceled with 48 hours notice.
Missed appointments or those cancelled with less than 24 hours notice (48 hours for Monday appointments) will be charged full fee for the session (with exception made for emergency situations).
PEMF SESSIONS
We are proud to be the first wellness spa in Portland to offer PEMF sessions delivered through Magnetic Resonance Stimulation! Feel free to contact us with questions either by phone or email.
HOW TO PREPARE
Please drink a big glass of water before leaving your home or office to come to your PEMF session. When you arrive you will be given a glass of alkaline ionized water to further hydrate you and optimize the effect of your session.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol on the day of your treatment (before or after), avoid caffeine within the hour prior to PEMF sessions, and avoid smoking within the hour after your sessions.
